「强制性」一次性注射器

SafePoint 组织统计,有些国家不安全注射情况达 70%,而这极有可能造成艾滋病、肝炎或其他疾病的传播。那么为什么会有不安全注射的情况?主要原因是在某些贫困国家或地区,医院无法负担的起高成本的注射器和医疗容器,而选择重复利用注射器。但注射器的重复利用,是需要经过严格的回收、处理、消毒等步骤,这些医院往往不能做到这一点。

设计师 Horacio M. Pace Bedetti、Carlos Paulino Montero 和 Andres Conejero Rodilla 三人为了改变这一现状,设计出概念产品:一次性注射器。这款注射器由一次性纸板和带针的密封药水组成。使用时将上部纸板轻轻向前推,便能完成注射。

它最大的好处就是一旦使用,便不可能重复回收利用,近乎强制性的避免了注射器的重复使用。设计师们希望借这款注射器,帮助缓解因不安全注射而产生的疾病传播问题。你觉得它有可能会列入设计癖曾报道过的未来医院所用设计之一吗?

  3. 从不能第二次使用出发不如设计一款成本更小的注射器,比如只换针?个人见解。

  4. 普及起来还是有一定的难度,而且纸板这样的材质肯定不行

    I am the author of this project, Horacio M. Pace Bedetti. To answer your questions, this project was prototyped and worked properly, it has not been used in people yet, but we’ve tried in simulation models.
    It has an applicable form different from a conventional syringe but cannot be said to be more uncomfortable, it’s only different.
    As for the money, it is considerably cheaper, mainly because when you think of a conventional syringe you must add the cost of the container, and here already is included.
    With this syringe, the medical company takes the cost of the syringe (less than conventional syringe plus medicament container), and cardboard that is used to press the medicine, is a very simple geometry that can be cut with a knife on a conventional cardboard, so obviously this considerably reduces the price of both products (syringe and medicine container).
    Of course this product never come to anything without the support of medical companies, because they have to accept change some of their containers for other also approved by FDA, at today they don´t have any interest in this syringe.
    But if they accept it, it will significantly reduce the spread of disease because of the reuse of syringes. And we will have improved somewhat this world in which we live!!

      Once I had an injection in China, I saw the nurse mixed some medicinal powder with others 2 kinds of injection in the syringe, then she injected me. So I think some of medicines should keep as powder when they are not be used. Here I have a question, how can your syringe answer this situcation?

      1. This solution is not intended to solve the problems of drugs bicomponent, the percentage of bicomponent drugs is very low.
        Really you are trying to get a product in cardboard do exactly the same tasks as one in plastic? I think it’s a pretty good solution considering that in countries like India more than 70% of syringes are reused (SafePoint.org).
        If you want to find the negative part, surely they succeed. But this, is a solution that works, it is economical and clearly solves a huge problem of disease transmission by reuse of syringes.

    主要原因是在某些贫困国家或地区,这些国家已经很贫穷了,迫不得已才重复利用的,你这个想法虽然好,但是不实际,他们为了省钱才重复利用的!
